• Clean Water State Revolving Fund Programs 2008 Annual Report. The 2008 Annual Report on the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) illustrates the important role the program plays in renewing communities by funding projects that improve water quality and support economic growth. The report also emphasizes state and EPA efforts in promoting and implementing strategic management to enhance the ability of the CWSRF to address current and future water quality needs. An update on the program's financial and environmental performance during the past fiscal year is included. Finally, the annual report highlights future initiatives and recognizes the winners of the 2008 Performance and Innovation in the SRF Creating Environmental Success (PISCES) Awards.

• Clean Water State Revolving Fund Programs 2007 Annual Report - The 2007 Annual Report on the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the CWSRF and highlights the activities and successes of the program over the past twenty years. The Report provides an overview of the history of the CWSRF and describes the excellent financial and environmental performance of the program. The Annual Report also includes information on new program initiatives and recognizes the winners of the 2007 Performance and Innovation in the SRF Creating Environmental Success (PISCES) Awards.

• SRF's UP - CWSRF Newsletter (Summer 2008) - A newsletter that informs stakeholders of recent developments within the CWSRF program by highlighting program accomplishments, upcoming EPA initiatives, and innovative state practices.

• 2006 PISCES Award Winners - The 2006 winners of the Performance and Innovation in the SRF Creating Environmental Success (PISCES) Award were announced at the national meeting of the Council for Infrastructure Finance Authorities (CIFA) in Philadelphia, PA on November 13, 2006. These awards acknowledge and promote SRF program innovations that advance EPA goals of performance and water quality protection.

• Clean Water State Revolving Fund 2005 Annual Report - The 2005 Annual Report on the the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) provides a brief overview of the program’s activities and accomplishments during the last fiscal year. This year’s Annual Report highlights CWSRF Benefits Reporting, a project that links CWSRF assistance with Clean Water Act goals. The report also recognizes the innovative ideas of state CWSRF programs, and includes an update on the financial performance of the CWSRF. Information about future initiatives for the next 3-5 years is also included.

• CWSRF PISCES Awards (PDF) (2pp, 824K, about PDF) - The 2005 PISCES Awards recognize states that have been the most innovative and effective at advancing EPA's goals of performance and protection through the CWSRF program. The first awards banquet was held at the national meeting of the Council for Infrastructure Finance Authorities in Chicago, Illinois, on October 31, 2005.

• Guidance on Fees Charged by States to Recipients of CWSRF Program Assistance (PDF) (6pp, 67.5K, about PDF) - EPA issued guidance on the allowable uses of fees charged by states to recipients of CWSRF assistance. Fees are used for a variety of purposes but most often to supplement funds available for administering the CWSRF. The guidance was published in the Federal Register on October 20, 2005.
